Developments

Our experienced land and property development team have acted in the purchase and sale of development sites across Scotland, dealing at the same time with all related issues such as servitude rights for access and services, the development of these sites and the subsequent sale or lease of the residential houses or commercial units. These sites range from 2-3 houses or units up to developments of over 100 units.

Deed of Conditions

We will assist from the point of making an offer or entering into an option agreement, right through to dealing with the solicitors acting for the utility providers, preparing the appropriate deed of conditions and liaising with the Land Register on development plan approval, and finally preparing all necessary documentation for the final sale or lease of the units.
